Deonicio “Nicio” Parham recalls the time his 6th grade teacher pulled his name from the bottom of a pile of names, and chose him to be the Judge for a mock trial debate. From that moment, Nicio was determined that he would one day practice law. It wasn't until his 3rd year in college, that he realized he was still chasing the dream of an 11-year-old. After attaining a college degree in Political Science, Nicio found himself back at home, married with a child, and earning less than $30k a year as a salesman for Enterprise.
